PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: 5' 10", nice build, yellow blonde hair, goatee and moustache, and a lion-like tail with a
speckled tuft
OCCUPATION: Part of Research and Development at SOPI (reformed pirate)
SKILLS/POWERS: Excellent shooting skills, good at hand-to-hand combat, enjoys weapons and high-tech gadgetry,
knows a great deal about the mechanics of Neptunian crafts and weapons
WEAKNESSES: If the right buttons are pushed, Roland has an uncontrollable, violent temper. He's managed to
keep it in check because he's with someone who makes him very happy. But this temper leads to impulsiveness.
He tends to act before thinking. Also has a guilt streak, stemming from the
things he's done in his past.
STORY: Roland is married to Nikki Karada, who is expecting their first child.
He also has two kids with his ex-girlfriend, Pine Dophim-Dreau .
At the age of 15, Roland ran away from home and joined Desert Song, because his parents, though loving
most of the time, were abusive to him. He had been with the group for ten years before he reformed.
The first few years with the gang were rough because they were unskilled at anything but petty crimes.
To keep food in his mouth, Roland became a male prostitute for several years, and was also preyed upon by older,
sleazy, sick members who exploited him. This was a very painful and shameful time in his life.
Ro was originally supposed to be one of the all-fuzzy pirates, but he's much easier to play this way,
so let's just overlook that, shall we? ;D
Roland has several kids, including Reed, Gunnar, Clarissa, and Enic, and those are just the ones who have webpages. ~_^
