SKILLS/POWERS: The psychic charge power--the user can psychically pull in electricity or gaseous chemicals in the
air and concentrate them into an explosive ball of light. When thrown, this ball will explode on impact.
WEAKNESSES: The charges are dangerous because they can be hard to control, and if you hold them too long, they
will explode in your face.
STORY: Rain is a hopeless romantic. She is currently carrying her first baby. Rain will eventually
find a new love with her employer's son, Midori Kurosawa.
Rain's spirit animal is a deer because she is very gentle and loving toward almost everyone. Physically hurting her
would be like purposefully stepping on a kitten.
