NAME: Penny Alisha Cjud (age 26) UNIVERSE: The Search for Outer Planet Intelligence 2290 AGE, BIRTHDATE: 26; July 10, 2264 HERITAGE: Half human, half Neptunian SPIRIT ANIMAL: Dog PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Stands at 5' 9", slender athletic build, mid-back length yellowish dishwater blonde hair, same blue eyes as her father, horse-like tail, and wears overalls a lot OCCUPATION: Independently wealthy, but she works at the Kurosawa Amusement Park because she's used to the lifestyle of living on the park land in a platform tent. Currently her job there is to dress up in cute furry costumes so kids can have their picture taken with her. Try teasing her about this and see what reaction you get. ;D She became wealthy by inventing a sleeping bag with a built-in pillow, which sells very well on Neptune. SKILLS/POWERS: Hand-to-hand combat, self-taught herself to do combative flips, weapons usage, has been extensively trained in the use of Tori swords. Tori swords have been blessed spiritually, and are used to protect others (based on ancient Neptunian legend). The sword will not cut a person unless he has made himself a threat. Penny has always been something of an inventor, and that is how she made her money. She also has her mother's psychic charge power, but does not use it much. STORY: This adult version of Penny is from the world of 2290. She grew up with all the characters there. Penny was unwillingly brought back in time 20 years to 2270 for a time, where she had to face a 6 year old version of herself, and parents, aunts, uncles, etc. who were now younger than she was. In her childhood, her father, Carlin Cjud , stayed a pirate, and eventually died in a drunk driving accident (or so she thinks) when she was ten. He hardly ever visited her after her parents separated, and became an alcoholic. The entire thing pains Penny very deeply. However, Penny's situation changed not to long ago, as she successfully went home to the year 2290, leaving her younger self to a more hopeful future. She also got a new puppy, Jesse, since her canine companion Tessa recently died. Penny has been afflicted with Wanderer's Syndrome (a rare {fictional} form of epilepsy) since she was six (at least that's when she was diagnosed). The syndrome causes her to wander aimlessly, sometimes physically acting out memories from her childhood. Penny drives a red dune buggy she has nicknamed Wonderbug.
