AGE, BIRTHDATE: 29, but looks only about 20; October 10, 2261
HERITAGE: American

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: She has very long straight black hair, stands at 5' 10", and has insect-like wings on her back because of modifications made to her by Factory experiments when she was nine.
Chelsea's adult looks were inspired by a teenage Milla Jovovich.

OCCUPATION: None

SKILLS/POWERS: Chelsea has the ability to fly, of course, and to produce a substance from her pores that allows her to walk on walls and the ceiling, like an insect. The Factory also taught her some very quick fighting moves.

WEAKNESSES: Chelsea is terribly afraid of strangers. She thinks the Factory is going to come back to get her and take her away from her sister again. Her fears and her shyness are paralyzing to her; she rarely leaves the house. Chelsea has also lost the ability to speak because of the "Goop" the Factory used on her during the experiments. She can make some noises, but her larnyx (voice box) is partially deformed now. All of this has stunted her emotional development as well; she's quite childlike.

STORY: Chelsea played with the kids Lori nannied and babysat as they were growing up, so she knows some of the established characters.
