PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: 5' 4", nice figure, shoulder-length lavendar hair that she usually keeps pulled back in a bun, NO TAIL. She had her tail cut off. Rain wears some pretty racy evening dresses almost all of the time.
OCCUPATION: Assistant Head of the Alternate SOPI base in Baton Rouge, LA
SKILLS/POWERS: Telekinesis. A great deal of Rain's telekinetic strength comes from her association with the Neptunian God of Destruction, Zane. She has become quite skilled at doing successful spells in the name of this god.
WEAKNESSES: Rain's own evil intentions and associations could bring about her downfall.
