Endora ( Sailoryule ) in her royal identity as a member of the Court of Witches. The Court were the protectors of the prince and princess of Icarus during the Silver Millenium. She is Witchyule. Around her waist is a Witch's Cord, and her dress is fringed with jingle bells. Nope, I could not resist making holes in the hood for her ponytails. ~_^
