SENSHI IDENTITY: Sailorneon, The Senshi of the Element Neon
REAL NAME: Hikaru Noroshi (Means To Shine as a Beacon)
AMERICAN DUB NAME ^_^: Lassiter Beacon (I have no idea where the name Lassiter came from either; it just kind of popped in my head and the character liked it.)
SENSHI COLORS: Fluorescent green and blue
TEAM: A member of the Elemental Senshi
WEAPONS AND ATTACKS: Sailorneon is the keeper of the Laser Rod, a long skinny rod that looks like it
is made of glass and glows pink like a neon sign.
- Neon Laser Break: Tiny colorful bullets of neon shoot from the Laser Rod and bombard other
attacks, breaking them up and usually rendering them useless.
- Neon Laser Singe: Little neon bullets of many colors shoot out of the Laser Rod and strike
Neon's target. The bullets feel like a cross between a bee sting and a cigarette burn. If one was hit
by many at a time, the pain could be quite debilitating.
TRANSFORMATION: "Neon Elemental Power, Make-up!" is Hikaru's henshin phrase. Fluorescent rods of color weave their way from the wand to several spots on Hikaru's body. They flicker like a faulty neon sign, and in their fleeting glow, Sailorneon's fuku appears piece by piece. The rods blend into her uniform, turning stark white, and form the stripes on her sleeves, jacket, and skirt. Except for one rod. It falls into Neon's hand, the Laser Rod, her Talisman.
DESCRIPTION: Sailorneon wears the fuku of the Elemental senshi, which is similar to the original senshi fuku with
a few differences. The Elemental fuku has a jacket with long sleeves that sometimes goes over a bodysuit, but other
times is by itself as a top. Neon wears the uniform with the bodysuit underneath the jacket. The front of the jacket has
the usual front bow on it. Senshi without a bodysuit would have an exposed midriff. Elemental gloves only come up to the
wrist, and the jewels in the choker and tiara are triangular in shape. The rest of the outfit is pretty much the same as
the original fuku. Sailorneon's jacket is fluorescent green, her collar and skirt are fluorescent blue, and both of her
bows are very light green (Neon should have a back bow, but I forgot it in the picture above ^_^; ). Her hair is
fluorescent pink and neck length, cut in a style that frames her face. Her eyes are dark blue. The jewel in
Neon's gold tiara is light green. The shoes that she wears are white sneakers with racing stripes; in fact, Neon's entire
fuku has racing stripes in strategic places. Her choker is very light bright green with a fluorescent green jewel and her
symbol, Ne, graces the middle of her front bow. Neon's bodysuit is darker, medium green.
PLACE IN THE SILVER MILLENIUM: The Elemental senshi were from various planets, and they each held the power of a different
element from the Periodic Table. Sailorneon was from Jupiter. When the solar system was attacked, many of the Elementals
died in the battle. Their souls were sent to the future with the others, but unfortunately, some of their souls were
mixed with those of other senshi in their reincarnated bodies. This usually produced a confused, easily manipulated senshi
because of the resulting bipolar nature of their personalities. Evil can be a disastrous influence on them. Sailorneon
was one of these mixed up senshi (as Neonfinch) before she was defeated.

OCCUPATION: Student at Mirai Mugen and part-time waitress at the Yummy Snack shop
SCIENCE STUFF: Neon's largest use is for neon advertising signs, but it can also be used as a gas laser and an economical
cryogenic refrigerant.
