Sailormiranda

SENSHI IDENTITY: Sailormiranda, the Senshi of the Satellite Miranda
REAL NAME: Mannaka Gijutsu (Name means the Center of Technology)
TEAM: A member of the Sailor Satellites, and a member of Central Control

WEAPONS AND ATTACKS: As a member of Central Control, Mannaka runs the main computer system, which is called Theta. This has nothing to do with the senshi from the manga named Sailortheta; I chose the name because of an old tv show I watched in fifth grade called Read All About It. The show had a talking, intelligent television on it named Theta. Just my fun little way of doing a tribute to the show. ^_^ Anyway, Mannaka stays linked up to Theta when she goes out through her pocket digital assistant, the Travel Theta. In this way, she's sort of Sailormercury-ish, but without the obsessive studying. ~_^ She's not really supposed to be anything like Sailormercury, really, since I'm not that crazy about her personally. I just needed Mannaka to be able to communicate with Theta when she left the command center, and this way made the most sense. Travel Theta is chevron-shaped, metallic purple, has a small black screen, and no buttons. Mannaka/Miranda communicates with the pocket computer through telepathy and by touching its surface with her fingers.
  • Techno Twist: Sailormiranda moves her fingers around on the surface of Travel Theta. A cloud of deep red energy takes shape near her head, hovering above Theta. "Techno Twist!" Miranda cries. The energy immediately zips through the air, wrapping itself around the target, and twists itself so tight that it can snap things in half, squeeze the air out of a person, and so on.
TRANSFORMATION: Mannaka strokes the surface of the Travel Theta, her pocket digital assistant linked back to Central Control's main computer. Sparks emit from Theta's small screen, showering Mannaka until she cannot be seen. When the sparks clear a few seconds later, she is dressed in the fuku of Sailormiranda.

MYTHOLOGY: There is no mythology behind Miranda, because she is one of the planetary satellites named after a character of William Shakespeare. Therefore, I just decided to go my own way with her.
