Please note that you CAN NOT apply for this award. I don't have a lot of time to read online. Basically if I hear good things about a fanfic, or I stumble upon it and it looks good, I'll go read it when I have time. If I really like the story, I'll give you the award. It has to be done this way because I know that if I opened up this award to applications, everyone would expect to get it just by applying and a lot of feelings would be hurt. I know that I would simply not have time to read most of them. So, this makes things easier on me. :)
