Sailordarkmars. I got the original image for this from the now defunct site Kaze no Ohimesama's :|: Anime Coloring Album. Then I modified it a little and colored it myself to turn her into my character.
I also added the background. I won't go into detail about her because everything you need to know is right there in the episode she appears in (real meaning = Laurel's being lazy).
