SENSHI IDENTITY: Soldierchlorine, the Soldier of the Element Chlorine
REAL NAME: Midori Sazanami (Means Green Ripple on the Water)
AMERICAN DUB NAME ^_^: Micah Sampson
TEAM: A member of the Elemental Senshi
SENSHI COLORS: Lime green, yellow-green, and very light yellow

WEAPONS AND ATTACKS:

Green Ripple: Soldierchlorine claps his hands together loudly in front of him and cries, "Green Ripple!" When he separates his hands with a dramatic flourish, a liquidy wave of yellow-green energy flies from them to splash the enemy in the face. He usually goes for the eyes or mouth, since chlorine undiluted is poisonous and irritating to the skin and eyes. This attack blinds an opponent, poisons them, and/or causes them great skin irritation (a burning, itching sensation that turns into harmful welts).
Chlorine can also use his power through his hands when he concentrates on it; he just touches someone and burns them chemically. That is why he wears the fingerless gloves, so his own palms will not be burned.

TRANSFORMATION: Holding his neon green and gold henshin wand aloft, Midori calls, "Chlorine Elemental Power, Make-up!" Waves of energy sail from his wand to form a mostly transparent, yellow-green patch in front of him. The energy suddenly ripples fiercely; when it falls calm again, it can be seen that Midori has transformed into Soldierchlorine. The wall of energy splashes down like water and disappears.

SCIENCE STUFF: Some uses for chlorine are its addition to drinking water to make it safe to drink, its addition to the water of your swimming pool to keep it clean, and its inclusion in bleach to help whiten your laundry. However, use too much and its effects will be harmful. It can be poisonous when ingested undiluted, can burn your skin and eyes (and turn your hair funny anime colors), and can eat holes in clothing.
