Julietta Santos
If I could get anyone to play the character of Julietta Santos, Angelina Jolie would be my first choice. She reminds me of Marisa Ramirez looks-wise, for one thing. If you don't like her, just imagine the character looking like whoever you want. I can't police yer brain. ;)

Character Is: Evie's older sister (in fanfic only, never appeared in the series). Works as a professional psychologist, with her own practice. After doing a hypnotism session with Paul to get at some repressed memories, she becomes convinced that he is, as she puts it, "functionally insane."

Name Comes From: Evelyn's dossier in "The Friendly Skies." There is a section that appears to detail Evelyn's siblings by name. The first name looks like Julietta, so this is where I went with it.
